Our laser cabins are perfect for laser protection in environments with high powered, multi kilowatt industrial lasers. They fully enclose a laser to protect the surrounding environment from reflected and direct, stray laser beams. In the event of a machine failure or user error, the cabin walls provide a barrier that allows time to safely shut down the laser or exit the area. Our cabins are custom engineered with automated processes, such as mechanized doors, active laser safety windows, video monitoring systems, and interlocks. This allows a seamless workflow, while still providing the protection you need.

Our systems can be fully customized and configured with various components, including load-bearing capabilities, camera systems, electrical and lighting provisions, and more. Safety features include interlocks and laser-safe windows, including active window options.
Many of our cabins feature automated door solutions (vertical or horizontal), or automated turntable/shutter door options for safe and efficient part insertion. All of our cabins include access doors for personnel and solutions for venting and cable management.
Standard laser safety windows are often unable to reach the required protection rating for high powered lasers. The active window is an acrylic, CE certified, laser viewing window with built-in sensors that detect industrial high-powered lasers (wave length range 820 – 1100 nm). If a stray beam hits the window, it will send a signal to the laser that will immediately shut it down. This provides an extra level of automated protection, integrated directly into safety circuits.
We offer automated doors in a variety of setups to fit each unique situation. Parts can be moved in and out of the laser cabin through these doors in order to provide a smooth workflow with little need for stoppage or human intervention.
Our laser safety interlock system provides a door and laser control system that manages entry/exit and laser emissions. Critically beneficial in countless applications, including university and government laser labs, hospital operating rooms, machine shops, laser manufacturing, and test areas.
We provide on-site installation services to customers who need it, including the integration of safety and automation solutions. Due to our modular building structure, we can also provide efficient de-install and re-install support if moving a cabin becomes necessary.
