Laservision guarantees that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase. If a product should fail during this period, Laservision agrees to repair or replace the frame and lenses in the same style and filter at our discretion at no charge. This does not cover abused, scratched, accidental breakage or lost lenses.
Laservision Return Policy
Standard Laservision products that are unused and in their original condition and packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase date. Laservision Custom products are non-returnable.
Each return will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued in a timely manner, after allowing for inspections and processing time.
Shipping costs for returned product are not covered unless the return is for defects in material and workmanship.
Claims for missing parts must be made within 15 calendar days after the merchandise is received by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Missing Parts” in the header of your email. Please have any relevant lot or serial numbers handy when contacting us. Your proof of purchase (invoice) will be required.
